LN Designs & Promotions is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the proofing process.
Customers represent that they own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, or other materials submitted for production.
The customer assumes full responsibility for any copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property claims arising from submitted materials.
Payment terms will be specified on individual invoices or agreements.
Projects may require a deposit before production begins.
Completed orders may not be released until payment obligations have been satisfied.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.
Delivery dates are estimates only.
LN Designs & Promotions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or customer pickup.
Because many products are custom-made, custom printed, or personalized, all sales are generally final.
